Shipping Rates and Time frames
We are located in Northern California, orders that are received by 12:00 noon will usually ship out that day if all items are in stock. We ship Monday-Friday
All orders are shipped out UPS.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Shipments going to CA , NV, OR, UT, AZ arrive in 1-2 Days
- Shipments going to WA, ID, MT, WY, CO, NM arrive in 2-3 Days
- Shipments going to ND,SD,NE,KS,OK,TX, IA,MO,AR,WI,IL arrive in 3-4 Days and
- Shipments going to MN,MI,IN,KY,TN,MS,LA,AL,GA,FL,SC,NC,VA,WV,OH,MO,DE,PA,NJ,NY,CT,RI,VT,NH,MA,ME arrive in 4-5 Days
These time frames are the standard posted ranges from UPS and are not guaranteed. For guaranteed shipping please select an expedited option.
Expedited shipping is available, please let us know if you need faster shipping. Customers are responsible for expedited shipping charges. We will send you expedited shipping quotes so that you may choose the option that works best for you.
Orders going to HI or AK are shipped USPS and shipping applies on all items. You can call us for a quote for shipping on those types of orders.
Damages & Shortages
If damage occurs, have box and merchandise inspected by delivering carrier and notify King Wholesale immediately. (SAVE container with merchandise). Any shortages & damages must be reported within 48 hours
You must return all merchandise unused within 30 days of receipt.
All items must be in original packaging including instruction book, warranty cards etc.
Please completely fill out the return information section on the back of your invoice in order to insure that your return can be processed correctly.
- A 15% or $5.00 re-stocking fee (whichever is greater) will be applied.
all Shipping is non-refundable (unless due to damage)
- For your assurance that returned merchandise is received at King Wholesale safely, we suggest you send returns via U.S. postal service, UPS, or Fed Ex with insured delivery. All return shipping charges are paid by the customer.
- Our return center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item on our site or in our storefront that you would prefer over one you have received, place a separate order for the new item and return the unwanted item for a refund.
- *Most non-defective items cannot be returned if the factory seal is broken, it has been chewed on, worn or otherwise used..
- Should you need further instructions on a return, notify our customer service center within 10 days
